What we have done:
- Decided on our question
- Collected secondary research to help illuminate our topic of choice
- Written an initial draft of the Group Learning Agreement
- Met as a group and discussed our feedback on it, making a final revision which was published in Week 3.
- Revised our question.
- Met as a group and distributed research tasks.
- Had another brief meeting to ensure data collection was on track.
- Consulted secondary research more specifically.
What we need to do:
- We are meeting next week to ensure all data has been collected.
- Organise a longer meeting in which data will be collated any analyse.
- Compare our conclusions with those of the secondary research and discuss why these are similar/different.
- Produce our presentation.
This is very impressive! I'd be really interested to know how you've all got on with collection of the data and what findings are beginning to emerge. Don't forget to look at the v-lecture on data analysis, and at the various units in the textbook which may help too. And of course you're welcome to come and see me - individually, in pairs or as a whole group - for a chat if you need to; this is in addition to the drop-in session in Week 9. Good luck with the next stages.
